| On February 16, 2021 the Latium team announced the transfer of LATX to WORK token at a 1:1 conversion rate and the transfer of LAT to WORK at a 1:50 conversion rate. The reason for this move was to include a transfer function within the new WORK token allowing it to be used in DeFi applications. Since that time WORK has been the native token supported within the platform. As the project continues to move forward, and after supporting this conversion for just under 4 years, the team has made the decision to close the window on LAT & LATX to WORK conversions. This decision was based on the desire to limit the complexity of our future development by having one native token, in addition to the need to eliminate the legacy servers and older code from our infrastructure. Token sale participants will also be notified by email. How can I convert my LAT or LATX to WORK? You can quickly and easily convert your LAT or LATX to WORK simply by depositing them to the Latium platform at Latium.org. LATX will automatically convert at a One to One (1:1) conversion rate. LAT will convert at a One to Fifty (1:50) conversion rate. After conversion, you can utilize the tokens within the Latium platform, or withdraw to an external ERC20 wallet as you prefer. I hold LAT / LATX in an external ERC20 wallet. How can I convert to WORK? Simply login to your account on latium.org, or create a new account if you have not already. Go to your wallets where you can deposit LAT or LATX. Your tokens will be automatically converted to WORK at their respective conversion rates. What do I do if I never moved my tokens from the original token sale website? If you never moved your tokens after the token sale, simply login to your account on latium.org, or create a new account if you don’t have one already. Then email us at support@latium.org where we will verify your information, and then deposit your converted WORK tokens into your Latium.org WORK wallet.
