Validate Email:
Next, validate your email address as noted in the next available screen. After successful validation, sign into your account with the information you provided at sign up.
Account Verification (KYC) Level 1:
After signing in, go to Account > Verification.
Fields required include:
- Real Name
- Birthday
- Trade Password
Please note your trade password must be different from your login password.
Account Verification (KYC) Level 2:
Next, complete the level 2 verification process as outlined below.
Fields required include:
- Country
- City
- State
- Street Address
- Mobile Phone Number
Account Verification (KYC) Level 3:
Next, complete the level 3 verification process as outlined below.
Fields required include:
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Passport ID
- Scan of the chosen photo ID
- Clear image of you holding the photo ID with a clear image of your face as well as a piece of paper with Bit-Z and the current date written on it.
After submitting the above Level 3 verification, please wait for your account to be verified. This can take some time depending on the country of origin, but has been conducted in a timely manner with tests by Latium staff.

Next, select Account > 2FA Code as noted below. Please follow the detailed instructions for setting a Two Factor Authentication Code to your account.
